For years, I thought I was falling apart.
The mood swings, the bloating, the stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge. Then came the rage. That meno-rage. It would explode out of nowhere, and I’d feel like I was watching myself unravel from the outside, powerless to stop it.
I was close to 300 pounds, deeply depressed, and completely disconnected from my body and my mind. Desperate for answers, I turned to doctors, only to be brushed off with an antidepressant. No mention of hormones. No mention of perimenopause. I didn’t even know that was what I was going through.z
Like many women, I started searching for solutions on my own. I tried all the fad diets, endless cardio, and overtraining muscles. I was running on empty, barely sleeping, anxious, and irritable all the time. I was doing what I thought I was supposed to do. and I was falling apart even more.
Then I joined a mindset program. It helped. I pulled myself out of that deep depression, and began to heal from the inside. But my body still didn’t feel right. I was doing the work; eating well, moving daily, focusing on mental health, and yet my energy, weight, and hormones weren’t budging.
That’s when I was finally referred to a dietitian. And everything clicked. I learned that what’s “healthy” for the general population often isn’t healthy for midlife women. I wasn’t fueling my body, I was depleting it.
Once I began nourishing myself properly, my body responded. I ate more, moved smarter, and supported my hormones. My mood lifted, the weight started to shift, and for the first time in years, I felt like me again.
But I didn’t stop there.
I invested in my own education, studying menopause wellness through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I also trained separately in coaching methods, mindset work, holistic practices, and NLP. These tools, combined with my own lived experience, helped me create a program that truly works for women like us.
What I offer is grounded in research-backed strategies, expert recommendations, and real-world application. I’m here to guide women through the fog of menopause; physically, emotionally, and mentally.
